Very ideal location to Universal Studio, a mere 13 minute drive if no traffic. We stayed here during an April week, and the driving was smooth. Our room has 2 queen beds, very spacious with plenty play and walk area. The hotel only provides weekly housekeeping. It is not a problem for us since we usually just like to have clean towels anyway. But the bathroom only has 2 small bottles of shampoo, no lotion which is quite necessary because the area is dry. It was decent for the location and price.. customer service was great! Some fixtures could be updated/repaired.
The manager on duty and staff were amazing !! Super kind 🙏😅
It was close to the places that I wanted to visit. Even though room had a kitchenette there was no plate's or utensils or cooking things inside the kitchen! Front of hotel smells like bug spray. Has no pool! Breakfast was a joke to offer coffee cups to make instant oatmeal, and some granola bars thats it! Plus 15 buck to park your car a day.
