The location was convenient for visiting fsmily and going to the beach. The ladies that helped at the front desk each time were courteous, funny, and no nonsense. Unfortunately. There was only one person attending to people checking in, needing any room assistance and the front lobby had many people.

Our room had a stale smoke smell upon first entering and any time we came in we had to start the fan up to circulate some fresher air. Overall the room was very comfortable; we liked but did not use the kitchenetteoprion, as the counters, cabinettes and side of the fridge were a bit sticky with food residues.

I didn't like the parking fees. Expedia said there would be no unexpected fees.

I chose this mainly for the location. It was near the airport. It is beside a grocery store and some restaurants. Relatively safe area. But the condition of the room is just disappointing. The carpet is filthy. The room does not smell good and it is showing its age and a lot of wear and tear. It is maybe good for just sleeping then catching a flight. But since I had my child with me I thought it was not the ideal place to stay. I had to transfer to another hotel for our second night.

Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. Police on the hotel grounds twice. Like that Ralph's is right nextdoor.. apart from crumbs on top of fridge from previous person and the fact that there was only 3 pillows for a queen size , it was ok.

When I checked in, a previous occupant of the room had been smoking in the room. When I reported the problem to the front desk, they were very quick to put me in a different room. Great customer service.
