LU student First let me start off and say thank you! Especially to Shawn who was a great help. I was able to get a last minute booking and an early check in. I had originally booked with another hotel that couldn't fit me in and I was able to call extended stay last minute and helped me as much as possible thanks so much! I will be back soon

Walking distance to Liberty University Katylnn is a wonderful hostess. Always friendly, very informative. Hotel always meets every need and then some.

Haggard Room was decently clean, but definitely dated. Walls, woodwork, flooring all marred, stained, etc. There were no amenities in room and you had to go to front desk for everything but toilet paper. i.e. hair dryer, coffee maker, plates, cups, utensils, shampoo/conditioner, etc which come in different packages so don't forget or you'll take multiple trips. A major inconvenience Unfortunately this extended stay hotel requires that you ask for dishes, coffee, and cooking supplies at the front desk. These items are no longer kept in the rooms which is a big inconvenience. We had to go back to the front desk to receive a coffee maker which we had asked for at check in.

Across the road from Liberty University. Awesome! Staff was great to deal with. Clean room. Very nice for the money.

Surprised by lack of service Certainly all hotels have issues but this one seemed to have more than its fair share. From check in delays (one employee trying to handle everything and another one sitting with her feet up) to plumbing issues (leaky faucet and extremely slow draining shower) to finding a roach as we packed up to speaking with a meek employee who offered nothing but a poorly timed apology (I was walking away by the time she said it), this was not the kind of stay I was hoping for.
