Excellent coffee all day long It's a lovely location for an extended stay. I was concerned about the peephole being large enough for someone to look inside. Occasional noise in the hallway but soundproof to the outside. Delicious coffee light and dark roast as well as hot water for cocoa or tea. All of the staff were very polite. I think for a two week stay that the room should be cleaned or serviced more than once. And fresh linen should have been provided or the bed linen changed..
No issues with my two week stay. Everything worked, was clean, and as expected for this price range. There are better options in this area, but pricing is variable and those better options become much more expensive than this location during same time-frame. This is a good choice if your other options are booked or have gotten too expensive. I'd stay here again as a lower cost alternative.
Was better than expected location, the room itself and the staff was very good.
Good but the room was a little stinky It was a nice room, in a nice area at decent price. My only complaint was the room smelled funky, and that didn't go away the 2 days we were there
Glad I wasn't actually extended... The staff was fantastic. The amount of noise one could hear from the other rooms was a little higher than I'd like, especially in a place that allows pets. The bed was hard as a rock, and really don't think I could have slept on it for an extended period if I had to.
Best place to stay in town! I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Madison. It is extremely clean the staff is always friendly and they always remember that I asked for a coffee pot and a cup. I love it here!
