Nice place to stay Pleasantly surprised by upgrade to my parents room. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean and parents appreciated accessibility features in their room. Overall stay was great. Would stay there again.

Remodel looks great. Toilet VERY slow to refill once flushed. Air conditioner was cold, but i could set to 85 degrees and still felt cold air. Check in and out great. Very clean.

Location is fine. The staff when I checked in was lovely, the room itself smelled HORRIBLE. It smelled like mold/mildew. I was so exhausted that I didn't want to go back down and ask for a different room, so I just dealt with it. The staff when I checked out was nice enough but they couldn't seem to find me on their list and I couldn't remember my room number off the top of my head so check out took way too long. Not a Great Start I was initially disappointed with our room. The floors were filthy and when I pulled back the sheets to get into bed there were black stains on the linens. Additionally when we went to put our drinks in the fridge, food from the previous guest was still there. Being in healthcare I know what measures should be taken right now during the COVID pandemic to ensure safety for guests and sadly, this did not occur here.
