Will go again! Our stay was very nice. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. We couldn't get the DVD player (provided in the room) working so when we called the front desk they immediately came to our room and fixed the issue. We also loved the Lending Locker that had games that we could play with our 5 and 6 year old!

Bad Weather Stay I attended a church training event and the weather was predicted to be bad. The training started early in the morning. I had booked online and the checkin was a little slow, however the 10% discount at a local rib crib was worth the wait. The room was very comfortable and clean. This hotel is new and I was disappointed with the sound proofing of the rooms. I could hear everything in the next room and bathroom. I would recommend this hotel for adults.

Fairly nice hotel but..... The carpet needed some cleaning/vacuuming/shampooing. It was dusty; the bottom of my socks got really dark fast and I wasn't even wearing a white sock. And what's up with the blinds? You can't close them all the way which sucks waking up early because of the sun. Otherwise, the room was clean enough and the bed was comfy.

We booked two nights and on the second night they checked us out and gave our room to someone else while we were there. I called about this and she was supposed to fix it but again someone opened our door and told us they gave them our room.. Again I called and she was supposed to call back and never did this happened twice within one hour..
