They put me in a smoking room and I know I asked for non. Just nasty. Went downstairs to grab a cup of coffee at 944 and was told breakfast is done at 930....come on

Check in was good and clerks very nice..Breakfast was poor and rooms were just ok . No cleaning in a week.

I didn’t like I had to request my room be cleaned Also exchanging my towels everyday for new ones Oh taking out my own trash, this is not a hotel this more like a dorm or halfway house wired for me

No concept of what hospitality is all about Front desk was horrible. Have mo concept of what hospotality is all about. Maintenace not available after hours so if something brakes, you are in your own and front desk will not do anything to move rooms or rectify issue. All they tell you is I ALREAD CALLED MY MANAGER AND NOTHING WE CAN DO.
