Great Location I've stayed here a couple of times. It's in a great location that works for me. It's always clean, and comfortable but you have to request kitchen items if needed, ie coffee maker, etc.

The hotel was nice and clean. Wifi was spotty at best. Other than that it was a nice stay.

A pleasant quiet break Extended stay America is a no frills 'does what it says on the box hotel' the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room layout was good witha novel swivel system so the TV could be seen in the room or from the bed. It had a comfortable feel about it and we could easily have stayed longer were it not for a committed schedule. Melbourne has a lot to offer for a family holiday vacation and Extended Stays room rates would help the family budget go further.

Great place to stay We were so happy with our room and the hotel we extended our stay . The rooms have all just been redone and very comfortable. Great to have a kitchen to prepare meals plus access to the BBQ. The pool was chilly but we did get in and enjoyed very much . The staff at the front desk couldn't have been better. Very helpful and friendly . Great location . Places to eat within walking distance and lots of shopping close by . Could not find anything to complain about.

Was there to visit family, worked out for this tri very good, for what I needed, there to see a family member, so really just needed a nice place to stay and unwind, each day.
