Simple Review It was not as nice as other extended stay Americas I've stayed at. They are getting ready for a new overhaul and fix this location up to date.

Mini studio Room is like a mini studio with sofa, desk, kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Great home base for seeing the Melbourne area. Breakfast of apples, granola bars and coffee could stand some improvement.

ok hotel, close to my customers and restaraunts. I thought the hotel was fine however I do like to have a cup of water by the bed at night and they did not even have plastic cups in the room. It is a little frustrating when you come to expect things in the room.

Out of town trip Perfect location for food and shopping, I was in town for a two day training class and this hotel was convienent to everything

Very disappointed with this Extended Stay! The hotel itself appears quite tidy. However, the inside of the rooms have an odor from every previous guests smoking. My husband and I requested non-smoking rooms and it did not matter because once we got there we were told that they could not guarantee that for us. We were told that they were completely booked and we had to take what we got. I was very disappointed since we called weeks ahead just to make sure.
