No too bad... Not bad for one night or two . The hotel doesn't clean the rooms every day unless we asks for, of course for a extra fee. The room smelled old but it was comfortable. I recommend this hotel only to sleep and leave the next day, not for several days. For a couples days it would begin to be uncomfortable the fact of not having clean towels every day and basically you'd have to clean up the room when you are tired. Honestly I'd rather pay $ 20 more at another hotel and enjoy all the amenities.

Nice Rooms Very nice, clean rooms, Décor was all very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Good I was supposed to stay at the Brookfield location, but they didn't have hot water. So they directed people to the Waukesha location. It was very inconvenient having to leave to another location, but the Hotel as a whole was EXCELLENT...

Location and staff were great This was to be a non smoking suite and the room smelled, had cigarette burns on the counter and fresh smoke came in from other units. Thankfully, the weather was nice and I could open the window otherwise I would have had to check out. The walls under the bathroom vanity were filthy, the kind of dirt from animals rubbing up against the walls over a period of time. The coffee maker was broken as was the toaster. Frequent guest Stayed here at least 4 times in the last 2 months. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Even helpful with dinner suggestions and where to get a drink. Always stayed in one of the king rooms, I think the deluxe king twice and reg king once...I always book the day before so I just take whatever king is available. I think the room sizes are great and roomy. Always seems to be plenty of space for my boyfriend and I. Windows open which is especially great this time of year. Nice location, fairly modern, but had problems We stayed mainly because of the kitchenette. Unfortunately the kitchen supplies were crude and inadequate. There was no dish soap and no scubber for the pans. The pans were cheap aluminum and very sticky. No paper towels, a small coffee cup, a toaster that burnt our toast. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The room and related facilities appeared clean, but I killed a fast moving bug crawling on our bed. Free internet was OK but a bit slow. The staff were friendly.
