Family vacation gone bad This hotel does not have a pool as the website I viewed said it did. The staff was undertrained and could not help with the problems we experienced. We checked out early but ended up having to wait hours for a manager to help clear the fees on our account because they overcharged us. #1. They lost our reservation (thankfully I'd printed off the confirmation) #2. Extended Stay America Mpls/Airport in Eagan The room was clean and just as described. The room had a full kitchen, perfect for longer stays. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, which was a nice experience when checking in at midnight. It is close to the highway and the airport, but the room was not loud and I was able to sleep fine. Plenty of places to shop and eat within walking distance. The location is safe and very convenient for the business park in Eagan.

Good Buy for the money The stay was a good buy for the money. Walmart and other shopping and eating was right down the road and Target and more places to eat was a couple exits down the road, not to mention the 4 or five grocery stores in the area. The room was nice, beds decent and the ammenties were good as well.

quiet spot to access Metro Minnesota This locatio was central to our visits to the Science museum in St. Paul, the Mall of America in Bloomington, and the Casino in Prior Lake.
