We reserved a KING size bed i bedroom suite and when we arrived the room did not have a king size bed and front desk said all rooms have the same beds. So there is NO KING size beds. carpets in rooms are very dirty and for being a pet friendly hotel they should clean the rooms better...we like animals but don't want to smell them

Great service but NO Breakfast Front desk person was awesome! Online it says continental breakfast but really all you had to offer was a grab and go with granola bar and a piece of fruit?? Time to update your amenities! Very disappointing as we assumed breakfast was included as stated…

Nice to stay. Had some hiccups in the check in. The room was clean but the Lino had some weird sticky film that you could feel on your feet and socks. A dirty towel was still in behind the bathroom door from the previous people. One of the burners on the hot plate did not work and you had to call the front desk for pots/pans, plates and cutlery. This is an incredible hotel! The bed was so comfortable! The staff was exceptionally friendly and it was very clean.
