The personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Their service was as good as a concierce service at a large hotel.
I just want to say that the staff is superb, especially Farrell, who made us feel like family. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Beautiful Newer hotel set up as mini apartment. Room was spacious and beautiful, bed was comfortable, lots of closet space and there was no charge for laundry (this was a huge blessing) and the atmosphere was comfortable. Fireplaces inside and out. Plugs around building for your vehicle, large parking lot. Would def stay again!!
Very nice room for the price, just not in convenient location for restaurants and shopping.

One slight inadequacy We still had to give top ratings in all categories even though there was just one inadequacy. The clerk at the front desk was pleasant but very brief and did not offer any hotel info. I had to ask about Wifi, no info given about breakfast, happy hour social etc. That said, we very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Maybe next time we'll be able to partake in the social..... we found out about it too late.

I am very disappointed to learn of your experience with our front desk person. Especially since this is something that all our guests have to say as being a part of the great experience of their stay. I was not able to figure out who this may have been, but I can only hope that it was someone that has decided that they could not provide the customer experience we demand.
