Nice nice place One of the nicest places I’ve been in for the price. No breakfast but a great guest laundry. Check in clerk Lee talks way too fast to absorb a tenth of the tape recording he’s giving.

cheap clean convenient only downsude need 4 pillows to a room as they were very flat.

Mediocre It is mediocre at best. They offer a kitchen but NOTHING to actually cook with or eat with or eat on. Take the kitchen out of it and it is a VERY basic place. The only good thing that came out of there is there are no bugs. You have to rent cooking supplies and things to eat with completely separate from the room price. Spend the extra few dollars and go to an Extended stay America if you intend to cook. If you need just a room with no cooking abilities. It's the most basic of basic rooms. I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, etc.) Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping and want to furnish their own toiletries, kitchen utensils, coffeepot, etc. I'm so sorry you were not expecting this and did not enjoy your stay because of it. Nice location - mediocre service I stayed here for a month. Loved having the kitchenette, but they don't provide any supplies (pots, pans, etc.). You either have to get your own, or they charge you a daily fee (which is more than buying them). They only "clean" the room every two weeks, but they only came once to my room, and never changed the sheets. If you want clean towels, they either charge a fee, or you have to wash them yourself.
