Déception Après de longues heures de voyage, la dame n’était pas à son poste, après quelques minutes et 2 autres clients après nous, nous avons dû sonner pour qu’elle apparaisse au comptoir… oui il y’a un écriteau qui mentionne de sonner mais quand même. Demander l’heure de fermeture pour le outlet, l’information n’était pas exacte. Puis nous avons débarqué nos valises à la chambre. La toilette était vraiment malpropre. Bad stay I didn't like two things. 1. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room. You had to go to the front desk to request one. 2. This is the big one: when we left we had to take our trash out to the dumpster!! WHAT HOTEL CHAIN MAKES YOU DO THAT????

The noise level from the road felt like I was sleeping in the parking lot. I didn't sleep all night, my two friends had the same experience in their rooms. There were no curtains on the windows, just blinds, so the room was lit up all night from the outdoor lights. I would not recommend the hotel!!

Never again The room was a good size, and the bed comfortable. The assist handle in the bathtub was missing, it looked as if something had been put in the tub and it was not properly cleaned. The tub drain was clogged and particles came up into the tub as the tub filled. There was a lip under the counter top in the bathroom sink that showed what appeared to be mold which had been over looked while cleaning. Unfortunately, our visit was less than ideal. It took over 30mins for us to check in despite being the only patrons there. There was an issue with one of the staff members that left us locked out and waiting for a room late at night. Beyond apologizing, there was no recognition of the inconvenience. Once we finally received a room it was on the top floor and the entery light wasn't working. Chambre besoin d’entretien, pratiquement pas d’eau chaude, téléviseur fonctionne pas, quelques muffins pour déjeuner, pas de jus. Lit confortable au moins. Personnel très ordinaire, ne vaut pas le prix payé
