wet carpet It wasnt a bad stay but there was a blower in my room to dry up a wet spot the entire area near the air conditioner/window was wet. An employee came to remove the blower but the carpet was soaked and the room smelled like wet carpet. The employee stated that he had cleaned the carpet earlier. I had to buy candles and burn them to kill the smell and it still didnt work. I decided to store all of my things on one side of the room and not walk on the side near the window.

Is OK I love the Extended Stays in general, this was no exception. A bit dissapointed it did not have transportation to the aisport being so close.

An OKAY stay Website listed bed options as a Queen Suite, all rooms had 2 double beds. Beds sagged into the center, making for a long night trying yo sleep.

Very much satisfied Very Clean. The room was big and really nice. The staff was amazingly nice, and pointed us to some great "Real" local New Orleans restaurants. Will definitely be staying at an extended stay again if i could help it.

First time This is the first time where the service rep was attentive to my needs as well as offering suggestions of where to eat and where to purchase soft drinks. Other individuals who work there have neve done that. The room was fantastic!!

Hard to find hotel because sign is too small This hotel was above average but had very hard mattresses. Otherwise it was clean, had nice room amenities, and even had a family of ducks outside begging for food. The sign outside is way too small and we had great difficulty locating the registration office. We ended up driving over a curb and around the back grassy area to get to the hotel's parking lot. It's ridiculously hard to find.
