Extremely Helpful Staff While checking in, I asked about transportation options over to Staten Island because I had to be there at 5AM the next day. The desk clerk looked up the train and bus schedules and found that they were not going to work. I would have been fine to do further research on my own, but when I mentioned that I would look into parking there, she began researching parking locations and gave me a list of 6 websites for parking! Above and beyond the call of duty.
NICE HOTEL The hotel was close to work. Clean comfortable and friendly staff. Price Is Reasonable

Convenient safe stay with good features The hotel delivered what it promised. Good staff, options to cook , clean room. I am happy with Extended stay america and highly recommend it. If they could add Swimming pool, that would be awesome.

Okay stay The room it self was nice except for the dust,spider webs, and tub. The staff could have been friendly and room could have had plastic cups and silverware. The hotel is very nice and clean

Amazing desk staff especially Mrs. Green
Très bien. Chambre et personnel agreables. Très bien situé. Plusieurs points de ravitaillement à proximité. Un grand parking. Petit bémol : le petit déjeuner qui n'est vraiment pas consistant ! !
