Excellent location . About 10 min from all major attractions. Good pet care and arrangements but daily pet fee was a little steep. Good places to walk dogs. Was quiet during our stay.

Overall experience Good value with good proximity in relation to theme parks. Hotel staff very accommodating and added a genuine sparkle to the facility. I would like the complimentary comfort packages to be offered at time of check-in.

Convenient My stay was great. The hotel was in the heart of everything; shopping, restaurants and Disney World. Would definitely recommend.

Decent hotel, great location For a 2.5 star hotel, this ESA is ok, for the most part. These types of hotels are intended for longer stays, and so are equipped like studio apartments, with kitchenettes complete with dishes and silverware. They aren’t intended to be luxurious. They only have regular maid service once a week, but you can request the usual amenities, like soap...

A good alternative to the pricey Disney hotels! Lots of space I was attending a 4-day conference at the Disney Dolphin/Swan hotel. For the price of one night there, I was able to get 4 nights at the Extended Stay for the same price and also had free parking, internet, and a light breakfast. The room wasn't clean, there were ants in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was made from wood. They put cheap soap.
