Nice and clean but.... The hotel is clean and the staff is nice, but the air conditioner could not be turned off or adjusted. The shower spray was kind of like little needles due to so much pressure. The tub would not drain properly. Otherwise it was nice. Room was very clean. I was only there overnight.

great location I enjoyed the "suite"with full kitchen and closeness to I4. The shower curtain/rod needs replacement. The curtain slides open since the curving rod is loose.

Yes, I'd Stay Here Again The place isn't perfect, getting out of the complex and back to Maitland Blvd requires a u-turn (or some secret knowledge to which I was not privvy), but staff was outstandingly friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room was better than you'd expect at this price point, hall smelled of stale smoke, but room was smoke free and fresh.

Not bad for last minute We needed somewhere to stay for one night and this extended stay was a last minute find. The staff was nice and let us check in early. Rooms were basic extended stay rooms. Nothing fancy but decent. No noise problems in the area. If we had another last minute situation we will consider hotels.com again.
