Great stay!! This was a last-minute booking and I was very pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the hotel. The free breakfast left a bit to be desired but everything else was great.

Nice place. Sty was good, to bad they dont really have breakfast or it woulda been a perfect stay.

Convenient to IMAGINiT Offices Maitland Good value and convenient. Can be confusing when booking rooms at an Extended Stay as there are three in very close proximity.

Good for price I arrived close to closing of the front desk, but called ahead to let them know I'd be a late arrival. I stayed 5 nights without problems. They advertised a continental/bagel breakfast, but there were no bagels - prepackaged oatmeal was available. As I was there less than 1 week, there was no bedsheet, cleaning or fresh towels provided, though I was told I could get replacement towels at the front desk.

it was ok for the night the blow dryer didn't work. The air condition didn't shut off. other than that it was nice.

Very clean Very clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast was pretty cheap but overall a good place to stay.

Great area, noise from highway not too bad surrounding area nice to walk.
