Excellent hotel Excellent location. Very comfortable room with a kitchenette. Nice bathroom. Ideal location for all the parks with a trolley stop right outside the door. Great choice of breakfast items. The staff were lovely and so helpful - special thanks to heather and Jessica who really made us feel welcomed - thank you!

Budget Friendly option in Pricey surrounding The hotel is nice to live in if you are looking for a budget friendly option. Its very close to Universal (we actually just walked there). Only downside is there is no room service if you are staying less than 5 nights.

Close to universal and I - ride trolley g3 stop Breakfast is just ok. The room is clean. If you need a new set of towels you'll need to take the dirty ones to the front desk, the same applies for the bed sheets. Some of the staff were very helpful, some others not so much. If you're not renting a car, or if you enjoy walking as much as I do, you can go to universal studios and island of adventures by walking from this hotel.
