Universal trip Great room and staff
Loyal customer that will go elsewhere This Hotel group now does not do any housekeeping while you stay, in fact they won't do anything. The hairdryer was missing, the towels were rough and hard, there was enough toilet paper for one use. We asked for more towels and they wanted us to bring the old ones back to the desk. And wanted us to take our own trash out also. It would not surprise me if I don't get charge on my CC for not doing the housekeeping before we left. We stayed for three days. Muito Bom hotel pela proposta. Antes de reservar um hotel da rede Extended Stay você precisa entender a proposta deles. Eles oferecem quartos básicos com uma cozinha complete e um café da manhã super simples. Esta bien de paso-- :) la verdad es un bonito hotel , sobre todo cuando se va en familia ya que las habitaciones estudio son muy amplias y caben hasta 6 personas. Lo único es que el servicio de limpieza a la habitación es semanal.
Good price, very close to Universal Studios. We have stayed in this hotel four times...always it has been great.
