An alright location Really not a terribly friendly staff. No amenities at all, not even Kleenex in the room. The location is close to Universal studios. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. A good location if you have a family and want to cook in the room to save money.
Convenient Place to Stay Clean hotel, Friendly staff, no frills - not fancy but good location to Universal Studios - easy and quick to get there. The 6 of us slept comfortably.

Ótimo custo benefício Ficamos 14 noites muito bem hospedados. A limpeza é fraca, mas conforme o que foi combinado. O quarto é bem grande e confortável.
Like having your own place ! Great place for family to relax after a day at the theme park . Like having your own place ! Only drawback , no coffeemaker in room . Would definitely stay again !
Comfy The room was nice and spacious however there was no room service in the morning. The hotel was clean tho.
Beds most uncomfortable beds I ever slept on it's time for new beds people
Close to Starbucks There were so much noise at the room across my room for 3 days in a row. I did not complaint but no one warned the guests to be quiet. Beside that it was OK I would stay there again for being close to atractions.
