Good, Clean Hotel The hotel was nice, clean, and friendly! Great price! And only 20-30mins from the beach! We took a spur of the moment trip and were presently surprised by how nice the hotel was.

Satisfied Customer Upon arriving to Extended Stay America, the clerk and the manager seemed to not want to work with finding my reservations which was made over nine months prior. After getting Hotels.com to give them a call, all went well therefore my overall stay was good.
Aside from the fact that the hallway smelled like smoke, I felt that this hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. We had a nonsmoking room and it was just fine, clean, and didn't smell like smoke. The location was good too. It wasn't too far from Pensacola Beach and plenty of restaurants for dining. We would stay here again while visiting Pensacola Beach.
My stay here was very enjoyable, the rooms were clean, the staff was experienced and knowledgeable, and the location was great. We were about a 15min drive from the beach, but it was just far enough for us to enjoy some quiet time as well.
No worries We were in Pensacola to help finalize wedding plans for our son. The location of the hotel was excellent. Members of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was more than we had expected.

The hotel room was fine but basic stuff like soap and shampoo was missing which is standard for any hotel.
Average The room wasn't as clean as other Extended Stay's I have stayed at. There was a fridge and small stove but no microwave, which was a bit disappointing. I was allowed to check in very early though, so that was nice.
Real nice stay! Staff was pleasant , very helpful. The grab and go breakfast was more then we expected!
