everything was fine but there was a slight smokers smell in the bathroom. we had an ozone machine so no problem. bed was just average, nothing exceptional.

On a scale of 1-3, I give ESA a 4 Found three maintenance items upon check-in. They were resolved immediately and satisfactorily. Room comfortable; staff polite and prompt in fulfilling their promises. ESA will now be the first accommodation I search for in future.

Hotel stay in Pensacola The room was nice, but not the neighborhood. Do not venture far from the hotel. I did not feel safe.

i always stay here on business trip. clean rooms Has everything to make u feel at home. Comfortable ,clean beds. Friendly staff. Close to mall,food and entertainment.

Noisy Bed The room was really clean, the only downfall to the entire stay was the fact that there is not an ice machine onsite, although there are pre-filled ice trays in the rooms (but who wants to use that?), also the mattress was very uncomfortable and needed to be replaced.

Ext stay unlikly felt like I was in prison. Kitchen had rust stains on frig. Bath was cheap. Shower head leaked. seperate charge for internet. Did like beds however but I question whether the sheets were changed. Carpet dirty.
