shower didn't work. A small hiccup on the reservation and check-in was very slow. Breakfast was little more than coffee and fruit - where to hotels get the idea that this is breakfast? The shower water diverter didn't work so no shower! The rest of the plumbing in the tub was shaky; someone should check the pipe clamps in the wall. Easy to get to; right off the highway.

hotel was fine except paint on bathroom ceiling in shower was bubbled up

Snow day Was giving a mess room but the front desk person was nice to give us a new room.

First & Last! As we walked into the receptionist area to check in, we were greeted by a woman who was just blah, didn't really have a welcoming attitude and really didn't show much positive greetings towards us. As we got up to our room. The room really was not what I expected for the price we paid. The kitchen was dirty and the bathroom was dirty as well. The bed, stated it was a "queen" size bed and it was more like a "full" size bed. The bed was super firm and the bedding felt old. My first impression wasn't so great.
