Hotel staff was very accommodating. Grab and go breakfast was convenient.
Great area to stay. Great Area. I was put on a 'smoking floor' for a non-smoking room (how does that work?). I was greeted by a cloud of smoke which would make any smoker choke. I arrived late, and checked out early. Make sure your room is not on the 3rd floor, and enjoy your stay.

Nice hotel ... Nasty rooms The hotel was nice when we first arrived. As we got to our room we noticed stains on the sheets and the bed skirt. We told the front desk all they offered was to take it off they didn't say anything else. Later on we noticed hair in our shower & there was food leftover in the cabinet. They also took over a day to bring us dishes
Trip to Phila 2011 I have enjoyed the stay at the Extended Stay America - Philadelphia - Malvern - Great Valley. Very clean and close to King of Prussia.
Adequate Overall clean without much in the way of amenities. Ok if all you want is a place to crash. No hair dryer, no ice, no ice trays to make ice. Not the most comfortable bed. Very flat pillows. Expensive for what you get.
Convenient, clean hotel. Stay was nice but I wasn't aware that I needed to order kitchen supplies . Not sure if it's an extra charge. Guess I should do my research before booking but a heads up would have been nice. Still not bad for the $
