My stay I traveled with my family as we were taking our daughter to NYC for the first time for her birthday. We chose this hotel because it had everything we wanted amenities wise, and it was smack dab in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The hotel itself was nice, but the shower made a funny noise and took hours to drain. It took 4 hours for 3 people to get a shower . 1st class hotel of its type Very good value for price paid- close to facilities- wonderful helpful staff-

Close to work , nice staff. Hallway on 2nd floor always had garbage at the end of the hall , a little smelly. I think it is from the long term tenants. Also no business center for internet and printing. The room was comfortable. I would stay there agan.

The party hotel Some of the guest were very loud, and we were not able to get a late check Out... I had to ask for the bed wear for my pull out bed, it was not supplied in the room and they did not have a computer in the hotel....

Nice night out Went to check in. Had to wait about 10 minutes while they physically located housekeeping to see if they had a smoking room clean. Once in the room the remote that was there did not work. I went to the front desk to get a replacement. That did not work either. My boyfriend went down to get another one. he was told good luck. THAT ONE DID NOT WORK EITHER. we have up at that point. The only other complaint I had were the sheets. They were hard. Like 50 thread count hard. would stay again Furniture wasn't the best, could've been more up to date or cleaner. But, overall room was good for the price and spacious and most of all it was clean. I would stay there again.
