Friendly Staff Whenever I plan a staycation Extended Stay america Phoenix airport is my pick the Front desk is always so helpful and work to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Its so relaxing and peaceful the way it sits off from the rush of the city

Great stay I've really enjoyed this stay room was clean,very peaceful and quite. Also, staff has been very help, and minutes from e everywhere. Rooms are spacious and it's wonderful having a functioning kitchen. When we arrived the staff was very a comma dating and friendly. Even the particular floors are peaceful as well. I would definitely recommend extended stay to all...

At check-in, Will was very friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel as part of a business trip. The first room I as given had a bad smell and the air conditioning was not working properly. I called the front desk and Will was very nice about assigning me another room, which was much better. The facility itself looked...

Awesome stay the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy. Ideal location for where we wanted to be. Easy access to quick and grab breakfast. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends. Sheryl

WE REALLY ENJOY OUR STAY HERE The Reservation staff; JESSICA,MARIA,CALVIN,WILL AND JOHN are WONDERFUL. VERY PROFESSIONAL & VERY FRIENDLY. My husband AND I came here from LAKE HAVASU,AZ due to his hospitalization.our experience with all the HOSPITALS AND THIS PLACE HAS BEEN A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! The people seem very genuine. Not bad but you know Why for the life of anyone would you not have automatic doors when your shuffling in and out of lobby doors and narrow exit when leaving out of a hallway from elevator? Maybe there is another entrance. Who knows? Not bad. Updated. Nice personnel. Close to airport which I needed and not far from entertaining spots. Would go back again....

Average Hotel We picked this hotel because it was supposed to be closer to the airport. Not the best or closest location. No restaurants or stores for about 4 miles. The sheets on the bed were clean, but the room and bathroom could have been cleaner. We had someone's past garbage and food wrappers in the garbage under the sink. We did...

More than met my expectations Have read spotty reviews but after my second stay here in a year, I am well pleased. Room was clean and well appointed, more so than I really needed! Tips based on my experience 1.) At check-in, ask what amenities they have. They will provide what you want at the front desk. They do not have dishes in the room because of sanitary purposes. 2.) If you want to make a reservation then call the reservation hotline and not the hotel itself because they don't make reservations over the phone anymore. The number is...
