Good but look close! what you book is only a "preference" as we found out. We requested a King non smoking and discovered that both options are merely options as the fine print says. We fortunately got a non smoking but had to settle for two double beds. Also, while they give you internet you have to pay for high speed at nearly $4/night - not worth it as our second week we opted to just take what was free and it worked for us. basic amenities We needed something in a hurry and they were available. They offered basic amenities equivalent to most on the road type hotels. The location was good right off of the main freeway.

Perfect Location Had a nice stay, as always. I come to AZ once a month and found this place to be my second home away from home. Perfect location, close to all! With their great rates and amenities I will always stay here :)

Wonderful lawn area with picnic facilities. This hotel has been upgraded and is quite nice. The lawn area is lovely and well maintained.

Nice Hotel Close to Everything!!! Great staff, home away from home feel. Free wifi, gym and pool and laundry facilities all for an amazing deal. Right off the 10 so it's close to everything. I'm totally making this my home away from home when I'm in Arizona ;)

Great for Families with young children The set-up in this hotel was great. A full sized fridge and two burners made snacks and meals for the little one a breeze - and saves money. It is well located next to the freeway and near to stores/restaurants/malls. The small pool was also nice. Recommend spending the extra couple of dollars for the King room as there is a lot more space (we stayed in both types of rooms on separate stays).
