From the moment we walked in, the environment at Extended Stay America was welcoming. We were greeted by James, the manager, with smiles and hospitality. Though we arrived a bit early and our very clearly ragged appearances could have been met with disdain, we were instead treated with caring humanity. "Y'all look exhausted. Very basic. Beds are very basic but your paying for basic.

Non smoking rooms all smell smokey..you dont want to step on stainef carpetcarpet..ew..lights dont have twists to turns on light bulbs..curtaibs are falling off track..someone's hair clip holding curtains together. The area outside is gross and filthy. I should have spent the extra 50 and gone up the road
