We were able to view our room before we checked in and we did not like it. Looked more like a truckers hotel room and small. We decided against accepting the reservation and it was cancelled without having to check-in. Apparently other visitors have checked out within a short time upon checking in.

There was an additional fee i wasn't aware, because the room I booked was not available. The room was somewhat dirty.

Very Bad Experience We were sent to two rooms at check in that were in very bad condition, before we were put in another room in which the carpet was so dirty you didnt even want to take your shoes off. And the bathroom wall around the tub was falling apart. There wasn't an iron available for our room. We were doing a staycation so my husband and i had to go home to get our iron to bring to the hotel. If i hadnt already paid for the room i would not have stayed there. The hotel needs to be renovated.

First off I always stay here at extended stay American. Expedia hasn’t updated anything about a deposit “$200 by credit card only” I arrived expecting an easy to quick check in but that didn’t happen. I wasn’t carrying my credit cards because I had no need to have them. I ended up having to pay and stay at a different hotel. I don’t include the protection because there was no need. I was charged for an overbooked hotel and was told one hour prior that my room was getting cleaned for me but never got it!

Rooms are dirty and mattress was stained when we checked out they charged me 95 dollars for dirty
