Everyone thing was very good, only thing I can think of is bathroom ceiling fan very loud so I couldn't use bathroom for just a little bit of light while sleeping

The space in the room and cute kitchen..love it. Cleaness and the dishes where a plus as well..

It was nice that there was a kitchen facility. No dishes at all though. The bed was very comfortable. It had a horrible smell in the room and they should not advertise complimentary breakfast. Having oatmeal packets next to the coffee is not complimentary breakfast

Yes we don't provide Kitchen items but at the front desk the GSR always mentions to the arriving guests if you want dishes or pans or any other item come back to the front desk and we will get them for you. The question about the Grab n Go that is also mentioned at checkin and the GSR simply tells the arriving guest that it is a Grab n go only with muffins. granola bar, variety of oatmeal and also hot chocolate, tea, coffee. Again explained to every guest when check-in into the hotel.
