Spacious room. Bad mattress. The room was clean and spacious. But the mattress was hard. I had trouble sleeping and woke up with a back ache. Also the TV is so low it's difficult to watch while in bed.

Really cost for cleaning your room Never stayed at a hitel whrre your room isnt cleaned daily. I had to take my towels downstairs and exchange them for new ones. Also hardly any water pressure in the shower. Will never stay at this chain again

Not typical hotel room My husband booked a room for 2 nights at this hotel. It was ok. The things I didn’t know about it were: 1). Didn’t clean rooms 2.) shampoo was cheap and there was no conditioner or creams in room. 3.) no blow dryer. 4) no coffee maker. These things might have been stated on website but as I said, I didn’t book the room.

it was over all very good. A quick in and out trip to catch a couple of spring baseball games. The the hotel was close by the complex, and very friendly. I had little or no interaction with staff but then none was required. I checked in and I checked out. My stay was completely satisfactory.

Business in AZ Good place except bed was rock hard in my room but 3 other rooms I had customers staying in had softer bed.

Could have been better The room was “OK” but there were a lot of people with dogs and you could hear them barking all evening.
