Not what it seems I arrived at the hotel early after driving more than 8 hours. I was tired and wanted to drop off my bags and get a nap. The front desk attendant went to check and see if our room was available. She came back and said yes your room is available. I was like thank you we had a long drive in. She then let me know that there is a charge for early check in. I was shock since the room was already available and they didn't need someone to run to the room and clean it. She was pretty rude. Great Place to Stay!!! We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very Hot and the pool was refreshing. The Manager and Staff was very kind & Courteous. The Room was Clean & Comfortable, and the Towels smelled fresh... Nice.... I really liked the little kitchen in it. I will Stay there again when I have the chance.

Neat, felt like my previous stay at hyatt I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the service, although i feel the shuttle service should have more flexible times and areas. I had not means of transportation so i had to use a taxi to get to most places around the area. These issues are probably just specific to me.

Decent and affordable Room was nice, made good use of the kitchenette and saved some cash by not going out to restaurants. Very quiet, and close to Rutgers campus.
