1st room we got didn’t have the sink operating properly, then our room was changed but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, could actually feel the springs, it was non smoking room but there was smoke smell throughout the room and the hotel. Breakfast was just nutrigrain snack and on the go oatmeal packs with tea/coffee. For an extended stay there should be proper breakfast at least for families who are staying longer time. The experience was not good.

There was a fire alarm which was very loud and very inconvenient Cugar smoking was smelling everywhere

First off, the front desk employees and the manager were absolutely excellent. I wish I could remember their names correctly. I do remember a front desk employee a young woman named Maysia. The manager was a Somalian gentlemen whose name was Duodan or something like that and the other employee was a Middle Eastern gentleman whose name I do not remember but I believe it began with an “A”. They advertise something and in reality it is different. Free Breakfast was an advertised item, but when I checked in the reception they said there is no break fast and said "sorry".

The whole time we stayed smelled cigarettes smoke. We had an awful experience and we didn’t get a key to open our room. The staff had to use the master key to get into the room. Someone always had to stay back due to we didn’t receive a key to enter the room. However the beds did sleep well
