Great hotel & location. Room smelled musty though. The room was clean, but smelled musty and I had to blast the ac so that I wouldn't smell it. I was too tired from driving four hours to go back and request a new room.
Great location for the project I'm on. I wasn't thrilled with the rustic nature of the experience, especially not having a "cleaned room or bed made each day" as I don't want to make the bed while traveling.

Happy with Extended Stay Beaverton Excellent staff and good value for the price. Good restaurants nearby and close to Portland, OR.
Price was Right Room fine, food, breakfast very basic. Grab and Go. Price was right.
Basketball It was in a great location to the high school the basketball game was. The staff was friendly and even up late for late check in after 12am
Wonderfull Very convenient location to stuff, the staff is friendly and helped with my needs.
Last minute trip We decided to do a last minute trip to portland for some christmas shopping. we wanted a hotel that was close to the nike employee store. The room was clean, has a kitchenette. They have free coffee and muffins, granola bars, and fruit in the morning.
Very disappointed Had two rooms. Mine was okay, but my daughters smelled awful. We came to find out that her room had been entered on at least two occasions. Stuff was moved and the toilet seat was left up! It seemed as though her room was being used as a lunch room. Hotel said that the room was not listed as occupied and they said they would comp the room. Unaware when I made reservations that there would be no maid service for the entire stay and if I wanted fresh linens, I had to go to the office to get them!
