Excellent budget hotel Pet-friendly, inexpensive hotel room with kitchenette, has elevator for upper floor, with friendly staff and convenient location. Basic amenities, but great for the low price.

Good stay for one night The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was clean and definitely worth what I paid.

Was OK for me OK, basically clean, minimal continental breakfast in the morning. Rooms while clean felt dated. But it suited my purpose being close to where I had to be and just a night. Kitchen and full-size fridge was nice.

Better value than many around I am a frequent visitor to the area and have stayed at several different hotels. The Extended Stay on Eider Ct is the better of the Extended Stays in the area. I have had a couple of very bad experiences with the Extended Stay at 875 SW 158th Ave (do not try this) but I am happy to report the experience at the Eider Ct location is very much better. Nothing fancy but comfortable and good value. Like all Extended Stay, the promise of breakfast falls very short, close to non-existent.

I didn't need, kitchen,would rather had service Room is only cleaned by paying an extra fee. To get clean towels I had to turn in the old ones myself at the desk. Staff friendly. Breakfast just okay!

Convenient and easy to get and park if you are heading to Beaverton or West outskirts of Portland. Nice room with gorgeos tree views. Walking distance to the mall with all Dios options.
