Basic, clean, convenient Started our stay at another ESA nearby and moved to this one due to poor management. Upon arrival, front desk staff was very helpful and got us set up with everything we needed for the week. Rooms were clean, safe, and mostly quiet. Location is very convenient to shops and the highway. Well managed place and we had a comfortable stay!

Clean room The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the shower was great. There was a kitchenette in the room with a full fridge. I really liked the room.

Great trip Last minute trip, hotel was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water and parking, hotel is near restaurants and grocery stores. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe.

I would not return to this Extended Stay. I would not stay at this hotel again. The room was not nearly as clean as a person would hope for with splatters of something on the wall of the bathroom under the sink as well as on the wall next to the bed and on the box spring. This lack of cleaning made the rest of everything feel icky. Additionally, the free continental breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal (in a coffee cup, no bowls provided), a pre-packaged mini-muffin and a granola bar with coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Misleading, disappointed. There were many points that were either a let-down, or misleading. I would not return there, ever, personally. The "free continental breakfast" which was a selling point to be able to get my child some quick eats every morning, turned out to be a box of muffins and granola bars. A far cry from "continental". And of my 5-day trip, 4 of those mornings, they only had a few CHOCOLATE muffins left. Ok, so muffins don't break the deal for you?
