Near downtown Portland, fair price. We booked last minute and only paid $70/night. The room had a full-size refrigerator and a stove. I wasn't crazy impressed with the room, but it was clean and I would book a room there again for the price.

Quiet location not too far from downtown The staff was great. The room was great. Very clean. I enjoyed the quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay My stay at this hotel was enjoyable. It's location is easy to get to, and also in a good location to visit local attractions. The room was clean and I loved the recliner chair. The front desk was very helpful.

Not what i I thought The pictures on the site were not accurate to what it really looked like. The staff ran my CC instead of charging the CC on file for Hotels.com. The location was very inconvenient to get to and there were no restaurants close. It was in the midst of a business park. Breakfast was a joke. Grab and go with a granola bar in it. You get what you pay for We had to ask for a different room because our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Had to go to the front desk to get a hair dryer and shampoo. The second room smelled much better and was clean. Don't think I would stay here again. Price was right and I admit I was expecting too much for the price I paid

Nice clean hotel but bad access Overall experience was ok. The parking for my room could have been better. Rooms were spacious, neat and tidy. Free-Breakfast was a deceit! More like breakfast snacks only. Staff was not very courteous. I would still recommend to a friend if all they were looking for is a clean place to crash for the night in a tight budget.
