The hotel was in a quiet location and I never heard any neighbors the two nights we were there. The room was clean enough but needed attention to detail: dust on top of tv and fridge, a little smudge on fridge handle, etc. The bed was harder than when I just stayed at Phoenix but the pillows were better and the heating/cooling system was a million times better! No frills but serviceable. 1. Polite staff both at check-in and check-out. 2. Serviceable room; "well-used" furniture. No frills. 3, Ask for a room that doesn't face busy Highway 217, or, bring a noise blocker ("white or pink sound machine"). 4. Three grades up from a youth hostel, though hostels are fine with me.

I love this hotel! This hotel is quiet, clean and conveniently located. I highly recommend it for travellers in Portland for business or pleasure. It has a nice kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave and stove with burners, no oven. Plates and utensils for two are provided. No frills, but nice to have available. The hotel has a picnic area with BBQ's that we used for a big party for 45 people. It was fabulous! They provided us with extra chairs. Pets are welcome and it is a great place for walks. Get what you pay for... My room was smelly due to someone next door cooking very ethnic/strong scented foods nearly every night. The room was clean, and the location was quiet. I rather liked that no one messed with my space for the duration of my stay (5 nights). A slight disconnect between the front desk employees. Follow-up is not so great with special requests/needs. great hotel to stay at if you want convenient and to meet basic needs. i thought this hotel was good. my room was clean, and had all the amenities i needed for a short stay. it was quiet for the most part. the customer service was nice and helpful. i didn't like that wifi wasn't free, but i was only staying for a night.

Great for the price Very comfortable room, great kitchen setup with utensils and full fridge. Located in a very quiet business neighborhood.

met my expectations I stayed at the Homestead Suite in Tigard. It was everything I expected and in a great location. When I go back to Portland I plan to stay there again.
