The gal at the front desk was hospitable and welcoming, leaving a good first impression. The fact that it was animal friendly and super clean and orderly really sealed the deal. The location was off the beaten path, tucked away which made it seclusively quiet...nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and useful with a refrigerator, stove and nice size shower. I DO recommend this hotel. :o) 5/5.

The property is about two years old and still clean and well maintained. My complaint is I wanted to change my reservation from two days to one day and Expedia customer service wasn’t able to make the change. I spoke to four reps at Expedia. Finally Robin was able to contact the hotel to see if they would charge me then have the hotel refund me the extra day since I had requested the change within the 24hr cancellation window. Accidentally booked wrong night and no help fixing The stay was great. The fact that I accidentally booked the wrong night and hotels.com, as well as the hotel, wouldn’t change it made me very upset. I had to pay for an extra night, and I contacted them the second I booked incorrectly because I realized the wrong date after I hit book. If I can use an iPhone to cancel something, I’m sure their computer systems can do it even easier. I’m officially no longer using this site.
My wife and I stayed here after a concert for 2 days. Logan and Witney were both friendly and very professional. Keep in mind that there are people who live here for various reasons for a short time. Some of them looked a bit unsavory but the hotel and room were very clean. I thought it was odd they did not have a pool, never seen that before. The breakfast is pointless only cereal. No hot breakfast. It was ok overall but I would stay at Hampton Inn next time for more amenities.

It needs a pool and it be a great hotel. It had a mini kitchen, I love it. It is great for people with difficulty moving around, shower's are open and even the floor outside the shower had a drain.
One of the cleanest hotels/inns I’ve ever stayed in. Staff I encountered we friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
