The property was very clean! The rooms are brand new and are in excellent condition!! Would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located off of interstate 95 in Ormond Beach. The late night staff needs to brush up on their service skills though. Our room keys did not work after 11pm so we went to the front counter to get help and could not find anyone. This Extended Stay America met all of my needs. I specifically picked this hotel because the floors in the rooms are not carpet. The room was very clean and fresh. The GPS for this address took me to the middle of the interstate and stated I had reached my location. I looked over to the right and could see the hotel off of the interstate.
The property was neat and clean and location was nice. On the other hand I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the amenities. There was no pool and no continental breakfast of NO KIND, NO COFFEE, not even a coffee maker in the room. For the price, there should have been a little more to offer. I will definitely be checking AMENITIES for future stays at hotels, but I will definitely not be staying at this Hotel again. Thank You but no Thank You!!!!!!!

Stay here instead of Sleep Inn! The hotel was new snd clean as we had to bail out quickly ( spent 5 minutes in room on phone with hotels.com) from our other Sleep Inn one which was filthy! Front desk person seemed confused and no one was masked.

We had to wait a long time for service. There was no coffee maker in our room. The hotel itself is brand new and modern decor. I was surprised to see such a new hotel, but no coffee maker in the room? No little things you like to see in your room, like soaps. Otherwise, comfortable and very clean.
When we first arrived the front desk worker didn't seem to know what she was doing, she was rude & just made it seem like she didn't want to be there. The hotel itself was clean, the room was amazing, unfortunately it didn't have a pool but for a low price it wasn't terrible. It did say breakfast included but when it came to that time there was nothing. not the hotels fault i know because covid but it did say it was included in the package so that sucks.
