Sin nadie en el mostrador a la hora de hacer check in , me párese una falta de respeto q tengamos q pedir utensilios básicos de cocina y además tuviéramos q llevarlos nosotros mismo a la habitación , además en el momento de hacer la renta indica incluso pócsina alto totalmente falso y en adición de los días q íbamos a estar solo estuvimos 1 pagando 4

The staff when I checked in was rude. Then the next day i aaked for sheets and blankets since i also had a sofa bed in the room and it didn't have any, they proceeded to tell me they didn't have any. Then i asked the next day abd she told me to bring the dirty ones to her and she would fgive me some, well i didn't have any to give her

Overall stay was good. Room and space was good. Limited breakfast options. Seems as if a number of persons/family lived there. The worst experience was at check out time, they had an additional charge they could not explain to us. When we tried to enquire it appeared the manager shunned us off and gave instructions not to accommodate us any further. We felt disrespected and unsafe at that time which forced us to leave the compound in the pouring rain. Bad way to end a good stay.
It was really bad smell and dirty
Well at 5:15 the alarm went off, I got scared thought the hotel was on fire! I just wanted to rest before I went to work

I couldn’t and didn’t stay on the property. The hallway had a strong odor of dogs, and the room was not cleaned properly. There were stains running down the kitchen cabinets, and the stove still had residue from previous use. The bathroom was absolutely unacceptable—there were visible urine stains and mold in the bathtub, which also had hair left behind. Overall, it was the most disgusting place I have ever booked. I do not recommend this property to anyone.
