The staff was great. Had to change rooms due a maintenance issue, and the front desk was quick and helpful.

Das Frühstück ist miserabel. Der Rest ok. Das inklusive Frühstück ist miserabel. Es gubt lediglich Joghurt, Getreideriegel, Kaffee. Zum anrühren des Oatmeal fehlt Milch oder heisses Wasser. Das Hotel dürfte aus meiner Sicht nicht mit Frühstück angeboten werden. Das Foto zeigt das ganze Frühstückangebot. Im Zimmer 230 lässt sich die Zimmertüre nicht schliessen (Türe fällt nichts ins Schloss). Bett war bequem, Zimmer sauber.

Great property. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The only issue I had was that the rooms were not very quiet and you could hear the steps/noise from floors above.

Having a kitchen in the room was convenient. The location is within easy driving distance of SW Florida destinations but in a quiet location. It was nice to have a grab and go breakfast available, but there was not much variety. More bread/danish/muffin choices would be welcome.
