This is a brand new hotel, nice and clean. Pool is still being built which we didn’t realize and they did not have any cream for the morning coffee, only flavored creamers with lots of sugar. So disappointing to not have regular cream for morning coffee! Thats not acceptable and the gal at the desk made no effort to try and provide some. Breakfast is grab n go, not hot.

Never say Never but here I am again at Extended Never say never. I stayed at a location they have in Orlando and I swore I would never step foot in another Extended Stay America but here I am in Ft. Myers staying at the premier suites and I must say, the name says it all. This was a very pleasant surprise. Very affordable, brand new location, clean and customer service was amazing during check in and check out.
