Great Breakfast Breakfast was great and serves was great,
Clean rooms, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, overall good stay.
Front desk staff arrogant and unconcerned. I waited over 5 min and I was the only one there— three people behind the desk—- looked like one was housekeeping. Never a smile, Never a thank you. Room was awesome! Location is perfect! Pancake maker/cooker was not working on a Saturday morning😐 Replace the front desk lady, long dark hair.
I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel and I’m very seriously allergic to cats. I was in my room for 15 minutes in my nose started running and my eyes get red and I was feeling like I was having terrible cat allergies.I ended up going to the front desk and the front desk clerk was extremely nice. She change my room and actually upgraded me and I had a nice room with a king size bed and no allergy problems. I guess there should probably be rooms designated for cats and dogs.
