When checking in, i was made aware of a plumbing issue that left only lukewarm warm for showering. Not a big deal, would have been nuce to know beforehand
Great value for the price, excellent staff and clean rooms
It feels like home away from home. The staff is super friendly, and they remember a face and your name. I love coming again and again.
Luke warm Experience Hot water was not operational. We were notified at Check-in but figured they would have been a little more expedient at resolving the problem.
I had a quick stay at this hotel. check in was quick, however, after I paid...I was advised the hot water was broken & was being worked on. The staff did not know when the hot water would be fixed. I dont understand why the hotel staff did not advise me of the water issue PRIOR to paying. I was annoyed by that and cancelled my second reservation for the next day due to that. Cold Shower No hot water. Very nice place BUT their aren’t too many things I hate worse than taking a cold shower.
