It was a great hotel. The only drawback is that there was no hot water the entire week. We we're told at check-in that is was only until the next day but it still wasn't on by the time we left. They offered no compensation.

Not so good My room was dirty the garbage was not cleaned atall it looked as if only the visible was picked up. As I sat on the bed there was candy and baby bottles under the sofa that I could see as I sat down. Also there were used shavers in the bathroom. I was told that the rooms were not cleaned up every day but there was someone from house keep 24-7, I called to see if room service could come up and clean and was told by the same girl that there’s no room service. The hotel property was as nice as any of the big chain hotels but with a lower price. The room had a fridge, microwave, stove and a dishwasher. I was here by myself so I got a room specifically for one person. I can't comment about how comfortable or uncomfortable a larger suite would work for a family. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Free (convenient) parking was good. The breakfast was good. The ladies that work at ECCO Suites are happy, informative and helpful. Amongst the regular information they provide, they have to tell guests that this property has water heater issues. Some rooms have hot water, others do not. I was fortunate to get one with hot water. The rooms DO NOT have USB ports for charging your phone. I was able to borrow a plug-in charger from the front desk. Don't forget to bring your phone charger that plugs into the wall.
