Overall OK. One of the reasons why i booked this hotel was because of the area shuttle advertised but came to find out that the shuttle is only available upon request for pick up from and to the airport. One of the pros of the hotel is that it is within close distance to shopping and the airport resulting in cheap taxi fares.

The room was perfect! Clean and large with a kitchen. Everything looked new. The lobby was a little sketchy looking, a little dirty. But the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle from the airport was very difficult because I did not have a phone to call the hotel to send the shuttle. It would be nice if you could arrange a time and the shuttle would come, not have to worry about finding a phone at the airport. But the shuttle to the airport was easy and on time!
