Double billed The hotel clerk charged me for room even though my wife had paid for through Hotel.com a few weeks earlier. She had to call hotel after she discovered billing on our bank statement. They credit my card. They mentioned the clerk did not realize it had already been paid when I checked in. ??? Is this info not in the system?

Liked the comfort of the bed, size of room & how clean it was. Didn't like that had to go to front desk for hair dryer, no kitchen supplies like silverware, plates or cooking supplies.

Richie The stay was great. Though the room had a kitchen there was no coffee or any utensils in any of the drawers for use.

Thanks for relocating my room to a quiet area
Everything with the property was great except for the bed mattress which needed replacement. Mattress sunk on my side without any firmness which made be wake up constantly and gave me a bad lower back pain.
