Front desk greeting & checkin Josh the attendant was kind & very genuine & made it it easy & very welcoming.

I would definitely stay here again. Check in was quick and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and the bed was clean and comfy.
Okay to stay Room was clean but ice machine was broke and not fixed, thermos in the room was not working correctly, and no hair dryer was in the room. I saw the information for kitchen items in the room but it doesn't say about hair dryer. Later, hotel people said must request to the front desk for everything. Customer must ask everything what you need or customer will uncomfortable to stay. However, room was clean and people are friendly and good help.
New construction. Nice and roomy.

Everything was great only flaw no pool at the hotel but other then that great location for all my needs.
The staff was so so nice and accommodating. When I’m back in Sanford, I’ll be back here.

Staff was very nice. No noise in the hallways, parking available at all times. Walmart, Best Buy and other stores within walking distance. Restaurants across the street from the hotel. It’s not a 5 star hotel but the treatment was 5 stars
